When will my order be dispatched?

Standard Shipping: $12
Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt. Your order will ship UPS ground, unless otherwise specified, and will be received within 7-10 business days.

3 Day Select Shipping: $20
Orders placed by 11am will be shipped out same day and will be delivered within 3 business days. Example, if you place an order at Monday 10am Standard Eastern Time you will receive your order Thursday.

Next Business Day Shipping: $26
Orders placed by 11am will be shipped out same day and will be delivered the next business day. Example, if you place an order Friday at 10am Standard Eastern Time you will receive your order Monday.

How can I track my parcel?

Completing the registration process will allow you to set up an account within the MC Club. Each order within the MC Club is assigned a Parcel Consignment Number to track your order through our chosen courier UPS. This may not be available immediately, so please check the MC Club page for further details.

Will I have to pay any Import Duty if I am purchasing from abroad?

Any import customs tax and duty (if any) will be payable by you the customer on items shipped outside the United States.

How will you ship my order?

All parcels are dispatched via UPS who deliver Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6 pm and will require a signature upon delivery only if you request this option. Hours will vary for holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Changes of address will need to be made with UPS directly using your consignment number.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled by emailing us. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once goods have been dispatched, therefore goods must be returned using our returns policy.

How long do I get to return my Item?

Your items ordered must be returned within 21 days of your order. All items are tagged with a returns note and must be returned with all tags and labels still attached. Marie-Chantal will not accept items that have been worn or soiled or if the tags have been removed.

PLEASE RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT AND PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DIAMOND PENDANTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS.  ITEMS RETURNED AFTER THIS PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

How do I return damaged or faulty goods?

All items are carefully checked before being dispatched, they are packed within a shipping box, protective cardboard sleeve and handed to UPS in perfect condition.

Should your item reach you in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. Of course any shipping costs returning your damaged items will be reimbursed by Marie-Chantal.

Do I get a manufacturer warranty?

Marie-Chantal offer a 90 day warranty for all purchases. Items that are unsatisfactory may be returned and a replacement or credit note will be issued.

Marie-Chantal offers no guarantees that a replacement can be provided and in this case a credit note will be sent as an alternative. Also Marie-Chantal will not replace items that are damaged or appear worn due to wear and tear.

How should I return a product?

Marie-Chantal suggests you return your product via UPS or USPS and use a recorded delivery service to:

Marie-Chantal are not responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is found to be faulty. Marie-Chantal are also not responsible if items are lost in transit; we suggest you keep your receipt.

Once a product has been returned Marie-Chantal will examine the item and if deemed faulty a refund will be provided. You must send us a copy of the receipt for delivery so we may reimburse you.

Can I return an item in a store?

Under no circumstances may you return an item purchased on the Internet to a Marie-Chantal store or any of our other stockists. Returns must be sent to Marie-Chantal Returns Department
