The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that shall exist between you and Marie-Chantal LLC by placing an order on this website you have thus read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received and accepted. A contract between you and Marie-Chantal LLC for the sale of our products only exists once an order has been dispatched. An email will be sent to you confirming the dispatch of your order.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The chosen shipping charge will be added to your order value.
Special Offers & Promotions
Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, unless stated otherwise.
If a promotion is only valid for orders over a certain amount, that amount does not include shipping or the cost of a gift box.
Shipping
US Standard (3-5 business days) - $12.00
US Free Delivery – Orders over $150 only
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 12-24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the shipping address. Changes of address will need to be made with DHL directly using your consignment number.
Completing the registration process will allow you to set up a Marie-Chantal customer account. Each order is assigned a Parcel Consignment Number to track your order through our chosen courier DHL.
The shipping period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If your shipping address is outside of the US or Canada, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns Policy
Your items ordered must be returned within 21 days of your order. All items are tagged with a returns note and must be returned with all tags and labels still attached. Marie-Chantal LLC will not accept items that have been worn or soiled or if the tags have been removed.
We recommend that you obtain a stamped ‘certificate of posting’ form or a receipt and retain it as proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us.
PLEASE RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. ITEMS RETURNED AFTER THIS PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
